Join Ocean Soul Resort for a special, one-off retreat. The Bali women's retreat is introducing a six-day men and women's excursion aboard a traditional, 30-metre Indonesian Phinisi boat to learn how to freedive in the stunning waters of Komodo National Park.

There will be one expert instructor for every four students, to help you gain your AIDA Certification through learning a variety of safety, equalisation and breathing techniques, on top improving your basic freediving skills. Each day will begin with pranayama and asana yoga and meditation, to help you improve your mindfulness in and out of the water.
