Vilalara Thalassa Resort has 104 Junior Suites and seven suites. Each room is spacious and comfortable and features a private balcony. Suites include:

The resort has two healthy-cuisine restaurants with gourmet-standard, tasty, low-calorie menus. The Longevity Detox, Fitness, Weight Loss and Anti-Ageing programmes include a standard Healthy & Tasty Low Calorie Meal Plan, with up to 5 meals per day.
Guests can opt for a Liquid Diet (detoxifying and anti-inflammatory shakes, juices and soups) that can be requested after a consultation for doctor's approval (extra charge applies when medical consultation is not included in the programme).
There are also programmes which include a buffet breakfast or half-board option ((Buffet Breakfast + Standard & Tasty Low-Calorie Dinner).
