Amanyara's Traditional Medicine Immune Support Retreat uses Traditional Chinese Medicine as a holistic approach to wellbeing and preventing disease. Conducted by a certified TCM practitioner, the retreat begins with an in-depth TCMC consultation to curate a personalised itinerary for its guests. The programme includes TCM therapies, complementary spa treatments, a comprehensive nutrition plan, herbal supplements, breathing and meditation classes and private cardiovascular exercise sessions.

Amanyara is situated on the west coast of Providenciales island and is a short 25-minute drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS). Guests can arrange round-trip transfers to and from the airport and Marina for up to four guests from US$75 per car each way.
