Payment Policy:  Full payment is required upon reservation; reservations are non-refundable, but flexible cancellation policy is available at an additional fee of IDR 345.000 per night; flexible cancellation policy terms as follows: no cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation made before 14 days from expected date of arrival; reservation cancellation made within 14 days from expected date of arrival will result in a one night per reserved bedroom cancellation fee; no show will result in a forfeit of 100%
