Food Programme

Made from high-quality imported foods and local products, the menu at Atmanjai features a wide variety of dishes ranging from traditional Thai food to delicious western favourites. Treatment Programme

Atmanjai offers three different wellness programmes revolving around detox, yoga and fitness, with a specific focus on fasting, detoxification and tissue cleansing. All programmes have an optional module for fresh raw juices to be added, and the possibility to tailor an individual package for specific needs. Designed to cleanse the body of toxins, activate improved digestion, increase optimal organ function and restore the body back to harmonious balance, the detox programmes introduce guests to cleansing techniques such as fasting, juicing, herbal steaming and colonic purification. Ranging from gentle to intense, these packages include infrared sauna sessions, ozone therapy and ‘Ultrasonic Zapper’ treatments which promise to destroy harmful parasites, bacteria, fungus and viruses while energising the immune system, cleaning blood and stimulating cellular regeneration.

The retreat’s Yoga Holiday Program is a health-related holiday, leaning primarily on the practice of yoga combined with healthy eating; while the Fitness Programs focus on weight loss, fitness improvement and healthy lifestyle guidance.
