Food Programme

With a focus on wholesome nourishment and balanced nutrition, the food at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat is mindfully crafted to boost energy, enhance vitality and cultivate health. The retreat embraces a paddock-to-plate philosophy and all produce used in the kitchen is fresh, organic and locally-sourced. Much of the fruit, veggies and herbs are harvested from the retreat’s own organic gardens and orchard, so meals are packed with nature’s goodness. All ingredients focus on low human intervention food (LHI), where food has undergone minimal or no changes from its place in nature to create an ideal balance between macro and micronutrients.
