The Personalised Wellness Programme at Six Senses Zighy Bay begins with a comprehensive wellness screening to measure your key biomarkers of health, upon which wellness experts will recommend one treatment and one activity per day, as well as nutritional advice.
The Sleep and Resilience track targets issues such as feeling tired or lacking energy. The programme also incorporates relaxing spa treatments with yoga Nidra and meditation, along with wellness therapies and light training exercises. Meanwhile, the Trim and Fit track focuses on movement and physical activity, consulting on improving stamina or losing weight. This programme blends high and low-intensity training with meditation and rehabilitation treatments. Lastly, the Cleanse and Detox track aims to improve digestion, boost the immune system and eliminate toxins. This is done through detoxifying therapies, meditation and the non-invasive techniques of yogic cleanse.

There are seven different types of suites and villas at Six Senses Zighy Bay: the Pool Villa, Spa Pool Villa, Pool Villa Beachfront, Spa Pool Villa Beachfront, Pool Villa Suite, Spa Pool Villa Suite, Pool Villa Suite Beachfront. Duplex suites are also available.
There are also two Specialty Villa Suites: the Two-Bedroom Beachfront Retreat, and the Four-Bedroom Beachfront Reserve.
Each villa or suite comes with a large daybed sofa in the living area, individually controlled air conditioning, a personal safe, hairdryer and espresso machine, a home-integrated theatre system, a TV, a private wine cellar, and Wi-Fi. Select villas also come with private infinity pools, private sun lounge and outdoor dining areas, beach access, and more.
Dining is not included for retreat programmes at Six Senses Zighy Bay, but the resort features a diverse selection of dining choices for guests to add-on to their programme.
The Summer House specialises in refreshing lunches and homemade ice creams. The Spice Market offers Arabic delicacies in a relaxed environment complete with the traditional mud kitchen. The Zighy Bar provides an ambient experience for local, organic mocktails and cocktails.
Sense On The Edge is the resort's signature restaurant with a view, located on a mountain top and featuring an array of set menu choices. The Shua Shack offers a unique Bedouin dining experience.
Mezzeria is an artful blend of Italian osteria, Greek tavern and a shawarma shack for a laid-back dining by the pool.
Lastly, the Wine Cellar provides an intimate, bespoke dining experience with the resort's master sommelier presiding.

Six Senses Zighy Bay is located on Oman’s northern Musandam Peninsula, a scenic 120-minute drive from Dubai International Airport. Visitors also have the option to choose to arrive via boat or paraglider.
All visitors are required to send a copy of their passport to the resort a minimum of three working days prior to the arrival date in order to obtain a border pass to cross the UAE-Oman checkpoint.
