Rosewood Phuket's BodyFit programme is designed to help you understand your body better and how to keep in shape. This retreat is compiled with a bespoke experience to ensure maximum results, using tailored training, stretching, nutrition health and fitness. Wake up to the daily breakfast, before indulging in the wellness activities on offer, including a 30-minute consultation, a 60-minute private yoga session, a 30-minute HIIT and a post-programme consultation. All meals are included daily.

Pavillions with garden and ocean views feature a king bed or two twin beds, infinity-edge pools, and partitioned living room spaces.
