  • Unexpected departure from the resort will be charged as per the reserved booking.
  • Cancellations or amendments will not be accepted until they have been confirmed by the resort by return fax or email.
  • We understand that circumstances may arise, necessitating a cancellation of your reservation. The required notification varies per season:

High Season

  • Guest is responsible for 100% of total reserved value for cancellations made within 21 days to the arrival date.
  • Deposit of 100% total reserved value is required 21 days before expected arrival date.

Low Season

  • Cancellation made less than one day before expected arrival date, guest is responsible for 1 night charge.
  • No show guest is responsible for 100% of total reserved value.
    Credit card with full billing details of cardholder to guarantee the reservation at the time of booking.

Peak Season

  • Guest is responsible for 100% of total reserved value for cancellations made within 21 days to the arrival date.
  • Deposit of 100% total reserved value is required 21 days before expected arrival date.

The hotel is a 75-minute drive from International Airport Francisco Sá Carneiro (OPO) in Oporto and a 4-hour drive from the capital Lisbon. Guests can also book transfers directly with the resort in advance.
